Reorg Update

The Story
On Wednesday, our CIO, Anuraag Sharma, sent an email to all DIIT staff about the reorg, and what to expect in the next several weeks.

What did it say, exactly?
A lot of things, so if you haven’t read it, you should. You can find it on the CIO Corner, if for some reason, say, it got sucked into the lost-email vortex. (It happens.)

OK, I’ll do that. But since we’re here, give me some highlights.
Sure. The biggest news is that DIIT now has a committee that will be handling the rollout of the reorg, to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The committee will make sure you and your colleagues are informed, are able to ask questions, and have the skills and information you need to be successful in the new structure.

What else?
Timelines. The email gave specific dates for when finalized org charts for each vertical are expected to be released. In short: each vertical chart will be rolled out as soon as it’s ready. See the email for specific dates.

Is that all?
Just a couple more things. If it any time you have a question about the reorg, submit it to the Question Box. Also, conversations and updates about the reorg will be housed on the CIO Corner, so you can follow along with the conversation. Updates will also be published in the byte as needed.

Great, thanks.
Any time. Stay tuned for more information.
